The Secret Forest Survival Race (4-5 October 2025)

from £95.00

Are you slowly dying inside from endless Zoom calls and overly inspirational LinkedIn posts? Is your screen time higher than your heart rate? Do you even remember what dirt smells like?

You need an adventure. A real one.
Not a guided tour. Not a wellness retreat.
We’re talking blisters, bad decisions, and stories you’ll never be allowed to tell HR.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to get lost, muddy, and tired.
Because the wild doesn’t do PowerPoint.
Leave your inbox behind.
Come find something real.
Get lost. Join the pack.

WHAT IS IT?

You’ll meet in Bristol, where we’ll put you on a bus and send you to a secret location deep in an ancient woodland.
You’ll be dropped with nothing but a map, your kit, and your pack.
To make it home, you’ll need to navigate through forest trails and river valleys, completing unexpected challenges at hidden checkpoints.
You’ll be racing to Chepstow over two days.
You’ll be up against other teams.
You may be hunted.

THE CAMP

After a day of working out where the hell you are, some heavy miles underfoot and a few surprises, you’ll arrive to spend the night at a secret woodland location.
Deep in the forest. A stone’s throw from the river. Beneath the pine trees.
There’ll be a large fire, a proper live set from a musician we’ve invited into the woods, and hot drinks passed round in tin mugs.
It’s a chance to share stories from the trail — like getting chased by a bull, how four pints in a great pub wasn’t a good idea, or… how did you get that scar?
Steam rising.
Birdsong drifting through the canopy.

THE VIBE

A survival race with a twist.
Think Ray Mears meets Wes Anderson.
Bear Grylls meets Alan from The Hangover.
It’s surreal, hilarious, and sometimes profound.
Not just for ultra-athletes — it’s for anyone who wants to feel something real.
You’ll laugh, you’ll ache, you might cry.
You’ll come out of the woods feeling more connected, more alive, and a little bit changed.

THE ROUTE & CHALLENGES

You’ll cover around 30 miles over two days — travelling entirely on foot.
The route will take you across ridgelines, through river crossings, dense forest, and open hillsides — all with just a map and a compass.
Along the way, you’ll encounter woodland checkpoints with secret challenges. Some physical. Some strategic. Some totally absurd.
Each one is designed to test your teamwork, resourcefulness, and your ability to stay calm when things get weird.
Crack them, and you’ll get a boost in the race.
Fail, and you might fall behind.
But this isn’t just about speed — it’s about instinct, creativity, and cooperation under pressure.
