WOLF PACK LEAGUE — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to any Wolf Pack League (“Wolf Pack”) event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

TICKETS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS

Tickets are sold per person and grant entry to a single participant only.

If you choose not to attend, are unable to attend, arrive late, leave early, are removed from the event for safety or behavioural reasons, or are disqualified under the race rules, your ticket is non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 10 days before the event, subject to notifying Wolf Pack by email and providing the replacement participant’s details. You are responsible for arranging the transfer.

Transfer requests must be made in writing to hello@wolfpackleague.co.uk.

EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, AND ALTERATION

Wolf Pack events take place in outdoor and wild environments, and safety is our first priority. Conditions can change at short notice.

If we have to cancel an event before it takes place due to severe weather, safety concerns, a public health emergency, loss of land or site access, flooding, fire risk, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, our default is to reschedule the event to a new date. Your ticket will transfer automatically to that new date.

If you are genuinely unable to attend the rescheduled date, we will offer you either a transfer to another Wolf Pack event, subject to availability on that event, or Wolf Pack credit valid for 18 months.

If none of those options genuinely work for you, please contact us at hello@wolfpackleague.co.uk. We will consider the situation fairly and reasonably, taking into account the circumstances, the costs already committed, the timing of the cancellation, and any legal rights that may apply.

If an event goes ahead but has to be shortened, adapted, delayed, rerouted, or partially altered for safety, operational, access, weather, landowner, or route reasons — for example if the route is changed, a section is cut, timings are amended, or activities are amended — the event is considered to have taken place, and no refund is due.

Specific elements of the event, including the campfire, activities, entertainment, checkpoints, route sections, timings, transport arrangements, or camp arrangements, may be amended or removed where necessary for safety, weather, operational, access, landowner, fire risk, or legal reasons.

If an event has to be stopped partway through for safety reasons, we will consider fair credit on a case-by-case basis, taking into account how much of the event had been delivered.

PARTICIPATION AND RESPONSIBILITY

You participate at your own risk.

Wolf Pack events involve outdoor physical activity and inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather exposure, navigation challenges, road crossings, public rights of way, physical exertion, darkness, fatigue, and changing outdoor conditions.

All participants must be 18 years of age or over on the date of the event.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of taking part, that you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing, and that you will follow all instructions given by event staff and volunteers.

Wolf Pack reserves the right to remove any participant from the event for safety or behavioural reasons, without refund.

MANDATORY KIT

A mandatory kit list is provided before each event. Every item exists for your safety and to help you complete the event.

You are required to carry all mandatory kit for the duration of the event. We may carry out kit checks, and failure to bring or carry required kit may result in exclusion or disqualification without refund.

In rare cases, we may communicate additional essential items before an event if these become necessary for safety.

RACE RULES AND DISQUALIFICATION

Participation is subject to the race rules provided before each event. These include, but are not limited to, sealing phones and bank cards at or near the start of the event, as instructed by event staff; a prohibition on GPS devices including smartwatches; and rules on safe road use.

This is a no-phone, no-money race, with one small exception: participants may carry up to £10 in cash.

Teams must stay together at all times, and must follow the road use rules set out in the race rules. Team separation, use of a prohibited device, unsealing a phone or bank card without permission, or a breach of the road use rules may result in disqualification without refund.

GPS TRACKERS

Some events require each team to carry a GPS tracker, provided by Wolf Pack, so that our crew can monitor team locations for safety.

If a tracker is issued to your team, you are responsible for keeping it with you throughout the event and returning it at the finish. Your team will be liable for the replacement cost, currently £150, of any tracker that is lost, damaged beyond use, or not returned.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants must treat fellow participants, staff, volunteers, landowners, local residents, businesses, and members of the public with respect at all times.

Dangerous, antisocial, aggressive, abusive, or reckless behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

By attending a Wolf Pack event, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional and documentary purposes.

Events may be filmed and photographed throughout. If you would strongly prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in writing prior to the event, and we will do our best to keep you out of any footage, though in a live outdoor event we cannot guarantee it.

DATA PROTECTION

We collect personal information, including health and emergency contact details, in order to run our events safely and administer your booking.

This information is held securely and used only for event safety, administration, and communication. Medical and emergency details are shared only with crew and emergency services, and only where relevant to your safety.

We do not sell your data, or share it for marketing by third parties. You can contact us at any time to ask what we hold, or to request deletion where applicable.

LIABILITY

Wolf Pack League and Zosima Risk Management Limited accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event unless caused by proven negligence.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, which cannot be excluded under English law.

Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal accident and travel insurance.
