WOLF PACK LEAGUE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket to any Wolf Pack event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. TICKETS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS
Tickets are sold per person and grant entry to a single participant only.
All tickets are non-refundable.
If you are no longer able to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 10 days before the event, subject to notifying Wolf Pack by email and providing the replacement participant’s details. You are responsible for arranging the transfer.
Requests must be made in writing to hello@wolfpackleague.co.uk.
2. EVENT CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, AND FORCE MAJEURE
Wolf Pack events take place in outdoor and wild environments, and safety is our first priority.
If an event must be cancelled, postponed, or significantly altered due to severe weather or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, fire, flooding, land access issues, or transport disruption), tickets will be:
transferred to a rescheduled date, or
transferred to another Wolf Pack event within the same season, or
converted into Wolf Pack credit valid for 18 months.
Refunds are not offered in these circumstances, as the majority of event costs are already committed.
If an event is postponed and none of the above options are genuinely workable for you, we encourage you to contact us — genuine hardship cases will always be considered with care and compassion.
3. PARTICIPATION AND RESPONSIBILITY
You participate at your own risk.
Wolf Pack events involve outdoor physical activity and inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather exposure, navigation challenges, and physical exertion.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:
you are physically fit and capable of taking part
you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing
you will follow all instructions given by event staff and volunteers
Wolf Pack reserves the right to remove any participant from the event for safety or behavioural reasons, without refund.
4. KIT REQUIREMENTS
A minimum kit list will be provided before each event.
Failure to bring required kit may result in exclusion from the event without refund.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants must treat fellow participants, staff, volunteers, and members of the public with respect at all times.
Dangerous, antisocial, or aggressive behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
By attending a Wolf Pack event, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional and documentary purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
7. LIABILITY
Wolf Pack League and Zosima Risk Management Limited accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event unless caused by proven negligence.
Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own personal accident and travel insurance.
