Optional shared return coach after the finish in Rhossili, returning to Swansea.
Some participants may finish as early as around 2pm. The return coach is planned to depart in the early evening (around 7pm), allowing time for all teams to finish and regroup.
Early finishers will have time to swim in the sea, relax on the beach, and celebrate survival with fellow racers in the pub.
